We are building our capacity by hiring an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor for our highly productive and skilled lending team. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing the loan process from origination to close.
This "Loan Partner 2" role combines what is traditionally the loan officer assistant with the loan processor. We're looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership of the process and will do whatever is needed to be certain that we meet all deadlines, no matter what the challenges were. We hope you enjoy having a high level of client communication, are great at building relationships, and love the challenge of making a sometimes stressful process as smooth as possible for the client.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit detailed loan packages to the lender underwriting department for approval or denial
Obtain property documentation to process mortgage loan files, including appraisals, inspections, title searches, site surveys, contracts, and property tax records
Maintain detailed documentation of the process in our system - from origination to close
Assure that loan files meet banking and regulatory guidelines and policies
Act as a liaison between applicants, mortgage brokers and loan officers, real estate agents, and mortgage lending underwriters to help further loan approval
Qualifications:
Superb analytical skills, time management skills, and attention to detail
Mortgage lending experience and loan knowledge required, specifically with FHA, FHLB, FNMA, or VA loans
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 5+ years of loan processing experience required
Excellent at building rapport with clients
Encompass experience required

Responsibilities:
Answer questions from customers or employees regarding transactions and give quotes when required to deliver excellent customer service
Facilitate the completion of loan applications, coordinate the collection of documentation, including credit reports, run DU/LP/AUS, send a closing cost worksheet to borrow, and prepare the file for processing
Serve as the primary contact during the “contact to contract” phase of the loan process and liaison between clients, referral partners, and the loan officer and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items
Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator
Create and nurture relationships with both referral partners and borrowers to draw in new business and retain our existing clients
Respond to all in-house and customer inquiries regarding transactions and provide quotes when needed to offer exceptional customer service with outstanding communication skills in Russian
Qualifications:
Must have current working knowledge of mortgage loan products (FHA/VA/CONV/USDA) and knowledge of mortgage procedures, processes, and documentation
Excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills
The ability to analyze credit reports, income, and asset documents, as well as an understanding of general ways to structure a loan
Fluently bilingual in Spanish both oral and written communications
A minimum of 3 years of previous experience fulfilling the roles of an LOA/Loan Partner, Processor, Loan Officer, and/or Underwriter, 5+ years preferred
Call center experience a plus
Loan Origination experience a plus
Current NMLS # with the ability to include PA, NJ, DE, FL

Position Summary: The Special Loans Analysts process payoff and reinstatement quote requests from customers and third parties. Special Loan Analysts also perform ACH related processes.

Processes requests for ACH, including ACH drafting for trial modifications.
Processes requests for payoff statements.
