TORs for Photographer:
The photographer, under the guidance of Chief of Section – Advocacy & Communications and other members of the A&C section, will undertake assignments to various locations across Pakistan, capture photographs as per UN requirements and standards on ethical reporting on children, provide captions and Hi-Res images to the section, ensuring timely submission.
Following is the intended outcome of this assignment:
A minimum of 30 Hi-Resolution, publishable images per day on assignment, to be provided with full photo editing and detailed captions, including a minimum of 20 images covering all aspects of the main activity (portraits, activity-oriented shots, photo series that can support a photo story) and a minimum of 10 generic images of children, caregivers, teachers, etc. The photos will cover any field visit, activity or event related to UN and UN partners’ advocacy and programmatic interventions in support of children’s rights.
§ The images should be Hi-Resolution, publishable quality still photographs, done with professional photography equipment (e.g., full frame DSLR camera etc.)
§ All images shall be captured and edited in line with UNICEF Photography guidelines, including UNICEF’s rules on ‘Ethical reporting on children’
§ The images should be edited but not watermarked
§ Detailed captions accurately describing the names and location of the people photographed and all activities taking place in English should be embedded in each photo
§ The images should be shared via downloadable file online or /and via portable Hard Drive within 3 working days of the end of assignment; a first sample of 10 photos can be requested on the same day as the assignment took place in some specific cases (e.g., for VIP visits, major events)
§ Due photo credits will be given jointly to UNICEF and the photographer on the images posted on social media or elsewhere
§ The Consultant Photographer shall use his/her own photography equipment and supplies during and after the mission
All images captured during the mission shall have non-exclusive, concomitant world rights for UNICEF in all media in perpetuity

The Carolina Hurricanes are seeking to add a full-time team photographer to help support marketing, creative services and the organization with capturing images from games and events as well as visual storytelling. This position will report to the Senior Director of Creative Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Capturing and editing photos before, during and after Hurricanes games at PNC Arena and select road games.
Capturing and editing photos during team events and practices
Assist in maintenance and tagging of photo media, utilizing archival software
Lead “photo room” and designating assignments to photographers on game nights
Lead product shoots for merchandise and promotional needs
Occasional travel with team for road games in order to provide coverage
Provide support for large scale marketing shoots
Provide support for various organizational needs like employee headshots, photos of the arena, photos for corporate sponsors, concessions, etc.
Manage relationships with freelance photographers
Pull photos for various marketing needs, assist with gathering photos for players to use on social media
